My story
Hello! My name is Elle, and I’m a college student studying education, an infant teacher, a singer/dancer, an actress, a writer, an amateur chef, and an avid Pinterest user! I also struggle with anxiety and depression as well as body dysmorphia and an eating disorder. I want to make connections with other people and show others like me that they are not alone. I also want to provide resources for current and future teachers!
In the fall of 2023, I began looking for something different. Sure, I was a full-time student active in a choir and worked part-time, but I needed something more. I wanted a different type of connection. So I started my blog.
Originally, I wanted to blog entirely on education tips and tricks. With backgrounds in early childhood, elementary, secondary, and special education, I wanted to share my knowledge from those all over the world.
My first blog was a bit of a test run. I learned what I liked, what I didn’t like, what worked, and what didn’t. I purchased courses from and followed other bloggers. With my second blog, I wanted to monetize and make money, but I felt like a sleazy sales-woman selling snake-oil. And like the first one, I abandoned my blog.
Now I want to share actual, useful information about my experiences and the things I’ve learned in the 20+ years I’ve been on this earth. You know what they say, the third time is the charm!
Author’s Note: Because I am sharing very personal information, I have not included my full name nor a picture of myself on this website. But I would still like everyone to know that I’m not a robot! I’m still a real person, and I’d love to talk to and connect with you! Please check out my contact page for that information!
Always,
-Elle
